Service truck

Service Truck Dispatch — Quesnel & North Cariboo

A service truck is the difference between a repair happening today and a machine sitting until transport is arranged. Ours rolls out with the tools, fluids, common parts and power needed to diagnose and repair equipment on site.

After-hours breakdown calls taken.

What comes with the truck

A field call only works if the truck shows up ready. That means diagnostic equipment, hand and air tools, hydraulic hose and fittings, common filters and fluids, electrical and wiring supplies, and enough lighting and power to work in bad weather and short winter daylight.

  • On-board air and power for field work
  • Diagnostic scan equipment for engines and electrical systems
  • Hydraulic hose, fittings and crimping on site
  • Filters, oils, coolant, grease and shop supplies
  • Torque tools and heavy hand tools for truck and equipment work
  • Work lighting for after-dark and winter calls

Where the service truck goes

Industrial and contractor yards on Two Mile Flat, gravel pits and construction sites around town, cut blocks and landings off the resource roads, mill and shop yards, ranch properties out toward Bouchie Lake and Nazko, and the shoulders of Highway 97 and Highway 26. Access matters more than distance — if a truck can safely reach the unit, the repair can usually start immediately.

For anything remote, tell us what the road is like and what's parked between us and the machine. Soft ground, active hauling, snow and washouts change what's realistic, and it's better to sort that out on the phone than in a ditch. See the service areas for the areas we cover most.

Scheduled work, not just breakdowns

Service truck time isn't only for emergencies. Fluid and filter service, pre-season checks before a haul or a block starts, small fleet servicing done at your yard on your schedule, and inspection prep are all easier when the truck comes to you and the units never leave the property. If you're planning a shutdown or a maintenance window, call ahead and we'll book it.
